113th Academic Year (2024-2025) Senior Project Defense Announcement
※ Defense Date: December 25, 2024 (Wednesday), 15:00-17:30
※ Defense Location: The defense will be conducted in groups based on the project advisors, as follows:
Group 1 (Room Elec 330): Professors Chia-Hao Ku, Chang-Chou Wu, Po-Jen Wang, Chao-Shun Yang
Group 2 (Room Elec 336): Professors Chiung-An Chen, Te-Kuei Wang, Chi-Ping Chiu, Tsung-Hui Chiu
Group 3 (Room Elec 317): Professors Ming-Hung Chen, Wen-Cheng Lai, Wen-Hsing Tsai, Ching-Chuan Lo

Project Presentation Guidelines:
1. To encourage creativity, each group should design its own PPT presentation (The department office will not provide a standard template).
2. Cover Page Content:

3. The PPT presentation must include the following sections:
Chapter 1. Project Introduction
△ Explain the motivation, including the project background, concept, and rationale.
△ Describe the project's objectives, detailing its functionality, innovation, and practicality.
△ If the project is an improvement on a previously published work, please explain the similarities and differences.
Chapter 2. Project Principles/Methodology
△ Explain the principles of the project and its limitations.
△ Describe the "list of problems" encountered during the development process and the "methods used to solve them."
Chapter 3. Final Project Defense Criteria
△ Please present the acceptance criteria in a list format.
Chapter 4. Literature Review
4. Grading Assessment
(1) The project defense requires a public on-stage presentation and will be evaluated by the reviewing faculty, including scores for individual performance and group collaboration.
(2) Each group will have 6 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
(3) If any student is absent from the presentation without a valid reason, their final project grade will be zero (0).
