Regulations for Master's Program in Electrical Engineering

Article 9: Eligibility for Degree Examination
Graduate students must meet the following conditions to apply for the degree examination:
1. Pass the English graduation threshold set by the Department Affairs Meeting. 
2. Pass the thesis proposal review.
3. Complete all core units of "Academic Research Ethics Education" from the "Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center" and pass the general test to obtain at least 6 hours of valid course completion certificate.
4. Submit at least one paper to a peer-reviewed conference and have it accepted (must be written by the graduate student and include an oral presentation).
5. Other academic activities approved by the Department Affairs Meeting, with completion of the oral presentation procedure.
Note: According to the resolution of the 14th Department Affairs Meeting in the 2024 academic year, for the 2025 academic year's English graduation threshold, students must complete at least two (inclusive) English-taught courses in the Electrical Engineering Master's program to meet the English graduation requirement.
