The department owns eleven professional laboratories: Motor Drive & Control Laboratory, Electrical Machinery Lab, Intelligent Control Lab, Communication Lab, Automatic Control & PSOC Control Lab, RFID Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Programmable Logic Control Lab, Electronic Lab, Digital Signal Processing Lab, and Computer Aided Engineering Lab, and five featured laboratories: High Performance Motor Control Research Lab, Green Energy Lab, Application Communication Lab, Electric Drives Control Lab, and Energy Conversion and Control Application Lab. The purposes of these labs are to study and develop new techniques relevant to intelligent control, electric energy conversion, and communication systems, etc.
